Top Buyer Policy
Keep shopping and climb the ranking. The Top 20 qualified buyers will receive surprise rewards from Zia Sari-Sari Store in December 2026.
How the Top Buyer Program Works
The following rules help keep the ranking fair and accurate for every registered customer.

Customer registration is required.
Purchases must be recorded under the buyer's correct registered name or Registration ID to count toward the ranking.

Ranking is based on qualified purchase activity.
The Top Buyer leaderboard is determined using eligible completed purchases recorded in the Zia Store POS during the program period.

Only completed purchases are counted.
Cancelled, refunded, returned, duplicate, fraudulent, or incorrectly recorded transactions may be removed from the buyer's total.

Use the same customer account every time.
Purchases recorded under different names or Registration IDs may not be combined unless Zia Store verifies that they belong to the same customer.

The final Top 20 will be verified.
Zia Store may review customer information and purchase records before confirming the final winners.

Ties will be decided fairly.
When buyers have the same qualified total, the buyer who reached that total first in the POS records will receive the higher rank.

Surprise rewards may be different.
Reward items, brands, sizes, colors, and values may vary depending on availability. A displayed promotional image may not be exactly the same as the actual reward.

Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
Rewards cannot be sold back to Zia Store, converted to cash, or transferred without approval.

Winners must claim within the announced period.
Claiming instructions and the deadline will be announced by Zia Store. Unclaimed rewards may be offered to the next qualified buyer.

Zia Store may correct genuine record errors.
If a POS, customer, or transaction error affects the ranking, Zia Store may correct the records before the final winners are announced.

🎉 The Top 20 qualified buyers will receive surprise rewards.
The final ranking, cutoff, awarding date, reward details, and claiming instructions will be announced through Zia Sari-Sari Store's official page or store notice.
Customers should keep their Registration ID and make sure every purchase is recorded under the correct account.
Important Notice
Participation in the Top Buyer Program means the customer accepts this policy and the main Zia Store Reward Policy. Zia Store reserves the right to update program details when reasonably necessary to correct errors, prevent abuse, or address reward availability. Any important change will be announced before the final awarding.
